I don’t flinch at the hard stuff, or the people brave enough to face it.

I’m Jazmyne Asaju, LCSW. I help couples recover from affairs, individuals reclaim themselves after betrayal, and people in pain stop pretending everything’s fine.
My practice is built for clients other therapists have called “too intense” or “too complicated.”

I’ve spent nearly a decade helping clients repair trust, rebuild connection, and learn to stay present, especially when it’s hard.
If you’re ready to do the work, I’m ready to help.

Why I Do This Work

I’m a Black woman, married 15 years, and a mother to two boys. I’ve lived the complexity of love, rupture, repair, and the generational patterns we carry (sometimes without even realizing it). I know what it takes to fight for healing within yourself, and within a relationship that matters.

That lived experience, paired with 9+ years of clinical work, fuels how I show up. Present, direct, and deeply committed to rebuilding what’s been broken without judgment.

Therapy isn’t just something I do. It’s how I live.
You’ll get a trained eye, a steady hand, and someone who knows how to sit with unbearable emotional weight without rushing it or minimizing it.

This work is personal for me. Always has been. Always will be.

How I Work

I don’t sit back and nod. I collaborate, clarify, and call things in.

  • My style is direct, warm, and deeply attuned.

  • We’ll slow down enough to regulate your nervous system and move fast enough to make the work feel worth it.

  • Safety, transparency, and respect for identity, sexuality, and relationship structures

If you’ve felt dismissed, minimized, or misunderstood by other therapists, I built this space for you.
