Individual Therapy for Betrayal, Boundaries, and Rebuilding Yourself
For the person who's tired of shrinking, tolerating, or explaining their pain away.
Maybe you were betrayed by someone you trusted through infidelity, neglect, or emotional manipulation.
Maybe you've betrayed yourself. Staying too long, saying yes too often, disappearing inside relationships that never felt safe.
This is where we lay it down.
We’ll look at the patterns that kept you stuck, the pain you’ve been carrying, the boundaries you’ve been afraid to set.
And we’ll explore what it actually means to trust yourself again with supportive, trauma informed therapy designed for betrayal recovery, self abandonment healing, and people pleasing burnout.
You don’t have to justify why you stayed. You don’t have to apologize for wanting more.
We begin wherever you are and go from there.
How We Work Together
We’ll slow things down enough to make sense of the pain, look at what it’s cost you, and figure out how to move forward with more clarity, agency, and self respect.
We’ll explore:
The relational patterns you’ve inherited or adapted to survive
The rupture points. Whether from infidelity, abandonment, or years of quiet disconnection
What boundaries actually look like for you, not just in theory
How to reconnect with your needs, wants, and voice
What self trust feels like in real time
My approach blends EMDR, somatic work grounded in nervous system rewiring, relational work, and sex therapy. We’ll look at how trauma and betrayal live in the nervous system, and how they shape the way you show up emotionally, mentally, and physically, including in your intimate life.
Whether it’s people pleasing, shutdown, guilt after sex, or feeling disconnected from your body entirely, we’ll move through it with respect and without rushing. This is steady, sustainable healing, and we’ll go at the pace your system can actually handle.
Choose a Format That Matches Your Needs
Everyone processes differently. Some need time to build trust and pace themselves through the work. Others know they’ve hit their limit and need real traction fast. With individual therapy, you get to decide how we move.

If it’s part of your story, absolutely. We’ll explore it at your pace, through a trauma informed, sex positive, and shame free lens. Sex therapy is part of my training and practice, but it’s always guided by your needs.
You're Not Too Late, and You're Not Too Much
You don’t have to have it all figured out to start. If you’re done shrinking, done overthinking, and ready to stop carrying it alone, individual therapy can help.
There’s room for your story here. And there’s a way through it. Whether you’re healing from betrayal, breaking out of old patterns, or learning how to put yourself back in the center of your own life.
